Jose has over 24 years of flooring experience, working at A&M Flooring since 2004. Having started in the flooring industry in 1996, Jose was owner and operator of Royal Restoration, a fire and water damage restoration facility. They specialize in the restoration of homes with fire, water or smoke damage. They offered a variety of services that include carpet and upholstery cleaning, orinetal rug washing, rug repair and tile cleaning and mold remediation. Jose also worked for Sears as a Field sales trainer in the flooring department at the San Francisco Office responsible for covering assigned pre-set sales appointments during scheduled appointment time frames. This included a full in-home product presentation to the consumer, utilizing the complete Ten Step Selling Plan in order to achieve required sit ratios and conversion percentages. Through a "Ride-Along" process demonstrate and train new Sales Representatives in effective sales methods that meet Sears procedures.
